I called The Cyra Group for advice on my awning that would not retract. Firstly I left a call back message and also a form with a few more details. David picked this up quickly, called me and popped in to see me returning from another job en route. David identified the problem and said it was easily fixed, I did not have to purchase a new awning. He quoted for the job and I accepted. David has completed the job and I could not be happier. It was a joy to find a company who had such pride in their work. I would thoroughly recommend The Cyra Group for anyone thinking of installing an awning or having problems with your awning.

Well deserved 5 star reviews. By far the most professional quote, attitude, workmanship and pricing. Quality fittings with plenty of colour choice. We opted for a large awning and a veranda in mossy green, a joy to have a colour choice. Dan and Dave were obviously expert fitters, thoroughly recommend.

David is a consummate professional. After an initial meeting in which we discussed the project and required outcomes he immediately sent me a comprehensive quote with some additional options. We agreed the order within 24hrs and 4 weeks later the order has been fulfilled to my complete satisfaction. David is knowledgeable, pays attention to detail and is a pleasure to have on my property.

We were kept fully informed and engaged throughout the process, especially during installation to make sure it was positioned correctly and set at the right height to get the maximum benefit. David and his team provided really courteous information during the initial planning phase, offering really great options for what would look best and interjecting with his experience when he could make our awning look or function better than I came up with. David even gave great advice regarding the pitch of the awning accounting for summer sun as well. Installation was timely and tidy. Throughout, David was really polite and courteous and that meant a lot. Very happy with the product, but also the workmanship and after care too. Super happy!
